After you order your content, you will receive a prompt to fill in an in-put form. This form will tell your writer all about your project. We will not begin working on your project until we receive this information. While you don’t have to fill out ALL the form, the more information you provide, the closer your project will be aligned to your needs
If you have already created a brand brief, you don’t need to fill in the form. Just attach the brief.
Sometimes, there are system errors beyond our control that do not allow an attachment. If this happens to you, you can try sending a link to a Google doc in the project chat or emailing the attachment with the project number to support@expresswriters.com.
You are welcome to share whatever you feel would help your team. Some common supporting documents clients share include: branding documents, examples of content they like, website wireframes, a list of words and phrases to use/avoid, and keyword research.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via Stripe or PayPal. For long-term contract clients, we also offer ACH transfers.
Please note: If your credit card is flagged as high risk due to frequently returned or spam behaviors, we will refund your order and not complete the project. So, please make sure the card you use is a reliable, trustworthy payment source.
In order to streamline the ordering process and to help with budgeting, we allow you to upload account funds to use when you need them. Those account funds will remain associated with your account, and you can use them whenever you need them, without any obligation. If you have not had any activity in your account for over six months, we will refund your account funds, unless you request an extension.
No, we are generally unable to offer refunds on content. This is because once orders have moved into our system, we assign them to writers quickly to ensure a fast turnaround time. If a writer has started on your content, we believe in paying them for their work.
If you ordered something incorrectly or need to change an order, let us know. We may be able to credit your account and help you reorder if the writer hasn’t gotten too far into the content.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the work you receive, please let us know. We ask that you allow us to revise the content first, even if that means passing it to a new writer. We consider account credits on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to reach a compromise after that.
