After graduating from Oregon State University (go Beavs) Adam Oakley focused on leading great teams. His work ethic and character helped him gain a reputation as a trusted partner. Beginning in the 2000s, Adam ran the marketing side of a large manufacturing company in the Pacific Northwest. The business saw exponential growth under his influence and from there he jumped to a leadership position at a global technology company. While there, Adam focused on business operations, setting the stage to grow worldwide and developing the client service model that grew to over 30 million dollars in annual revenue. In 2021, Adam brought his knowledge to Express Writers, where he has ushered in a new era of growth. His leadership skills nurture a team that is self-sufficient and focused on helping clients get unmatched results from their content while scaling.

After graduating with her Master’s in Teaching, Alicia Oakley leapt into the world of education, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Twenty years of experience later, Alicia has developed passions for traveling, reading, and healthy living. As a licensed and experienced life coach, she has counseled numerous clients to set and obtain life goals. She brings this focus to Express Writers, hiring writers and managing the operations of our ever-growing team. These skills enable her to give our clients, employees, and contractors at Express Writers lasting tools through powerful encouragement. She has a discerning eye for passionate, committed people and understands how our growing team enables our clients to reach their content marketing goals faster.
